S. Kaniklides (Cyprus) Limited, a major wholesaler and retailer of paper and office supplies and a distributor and retailer of EASTPAK USA in Cyprus, decided to rely on Mantis’ Logistics Vision in order to manage and optimize their new Distribution Center (DC) in the industrial area of Geri, Cyprus.

The company established "Partners In Logistics", a new enterprise that will be operating as a Logistics Services Provider (LSP) running their new DC and serving among else the entire supply chain of the (Kaniklides) Group.

The new distribution center will be operational in September 2008 and is one of the first on the island designed by the "SELF SUPPORT" technology, with a total area of 3,000 square meters and 6,000 pallet locations. The new distribution center will be operated by VNA and will be optimized in speed and space utilization. The optimization of its daily operation will be ensured by using Mantis’ WMS (LV/Warehouse Vision). Also, for the first time in the island of Cyprus, the Voice Logistics module of Mantis (powered by Vocollect) will be implemented.

S. Kaniklides is indenting to utilize its new state-of-the-art DC to offer premium logistics services in Cyprus at competitive prices and with unrivalled customer service.
