Transportation Vision™ (TV) is a distribution management system that complements WMS, automating among else the loading of goods to vehicles and the routing of vehicles.

Router

Router is responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the dispatching of shipments and is fully integrated with the warehouse management operations (Warehouse Vision).

Router manages daily shipments and directs them to specific trucks by matching available (company's own or 3rd party) trucks' specifications with shipment information such as the delivery point address (post code), packaging unit volume / weight, etc. User defined rules can be utilized to dynamically decide the delivery and thus the loading sequence of shipments to vehicles.

The authorized operator is provided with a visual representation of a shipment dispatching plan proposed by the system along with the ability to interactively make the desired changes.

Vehicle Load Planner

It is a tool that is quite useful when loading «difficult» material such as pallets of wood, aluminium profiles, pipes, etc. on a vehicle.

Authorized operators use this tool to create the load plan that is later followed by the workers and forklift drivers in order to properly load the goods to the vehicles.
